Customer Success Representative

We are a small company and you will work directly with the CEO. You will have a voice and influence all aspects of our business.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Help ensure customers are getting value from the Mingo platform.
  • Become an expert in Mingo
  • Provide feedback on how the product is being used
  • Enhance and update the knowledge base and support documentation

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years SaaS Customer Success Experience
  • A bias for action
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in manufacturing
  • US Resident
