Mingo Smart Factory has five exciting new product releases as the summer begins to wind down.
Mobile App Update
You now have a fully functioning operator screen directly available on the Mingo Smart Factory mobile app. Changeover and downtime can now be accessed as they happen on your phone. The filters and selections work the same way they do inside of the website app.
Form Actions
Users can now automate form actions on an Operator’s screen based on a custom set of criteria. This is helpful if manufacturers want to perform a quality check on the first part that was produced at the beginning of a shift.
Numeric Field Validation
The numeric field validation feature that allows users to set ranges on numeric entries on forms to validate the data. This is a great way to make sure your data is accurate inside of the system when employees are entering information.
Form Analytics
Now it is even easier for users to create reporting for forms. This reporting includes which forms have been completed vs. which ones have not, and the average time it took to complete a form. This dashboard also allows you to send alerts if a form is pending for an extended period of time.
Alerts on a Schedule
Create alerts based on a time schedule. One example of an alert is an automated form fill for operators. This is useful if manufacturers need to schedule regular quality checks.
